Torger G. Omdahl
Torger G. Omdahl of Fisher & Omdahl in
Iron River, Michigan, is an attorney specializing in trial litigation: personal
injury and criminal defense.
Mr. Omdahl has been licensed in the State of Michigan
since 1973 and the State of Wisconsin since 1981. He is
also licensed in several federal courts and has appeared before
the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers
Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Omdahl was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin on
January 28, 1947. He attended local schools and graduated
from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1969. He, then, attended TulaneUniversity in
New Orleans, Louisiana and received his juris doctor degree in
1973.

Early in his career, he represented the people
of Iron County, Michigan as prosecuting attorney for two terms
ending in 1980. Since then, he has served as a special
prosecuting attorney in Dickinson County, Friend of the Court
for Iron County, and has represented many municipal bodies in
the Western Upper Peninsula.
Currently, Mr. Omdahl specializes in helping individuals
with personal injuries or difficulties with the criminal law. He
believes in the cause of the individual and he does not represent
insurance companies or large corporations.
He is a member of the Michigan Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice.

Mr. Omdahl and his wife of 35 years, Susan, reside
in Iron River and at Big Sand Lake near Phelps, Wisconsin in
summer. They have two adult children, Bryce, who lives in Northbrook, Illinois and Tori of Michigan Tech University.
